I've seen people like her...it reminds me of a book, "The Bluest Eye" by Toni Morrison. The girl in the book was black but wanted blue eyes to be beautiful. People need to start accepting their own looks and realizing they don't need to look fake and crazy.

While I don't like the styles and have natural hair myself, I appreciate their creativity and think its wrong to call them trash. We need to encourage our sistahs to make better choices, not judge them. To call them trash is the typical elitist, natural holier than thou attitude.
