Hair Progress

Last week I for the "Weekly Counsel" I discussed the benefit of having patience when trying to grow your hair. Well here's some proof for you guys. Yesterday I got a little frustrated with my hair and decided to do a wash & go. Mind you I hadn't done one of these in a very long time but, I was too tired to twist my hair and I didn't want to put it in a bun either. So I hopped in the shower, finger-combed my hair in 2 big sections (since I thoroughly detangled the day before this was rather easy) under running water, co-washed and left some of the conditioner in my hair then applied some gel on top of that.
When I got out of the shower I caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror and was pleased to see how much my hair has grown. Its one thing to straighten my hair to show length but to see so much growth while my hair was still very wet is so much better. My hair is a lot less frizz and I have more definition.

My point is, healthy hair equals longer, stronger hair. Take your time ladies and length will surely come.

7 People Obsessing!
You are right healthy hair equals longer stronger hair. When i was relaxed i really took good care of my hair and never paid attention to my hair growth it just grew long as long as i took good care of it, so i guess it's the same with being natural, as long as i just take my time and take good care of this hair i have strength and growth will happen.
